SUBLEASER NEEDED FOR A 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT FROM DECEMBER 12-AUGUST 13 in Allendale, Michigan For Sale

I currently live in Meadows Crossings right outside of Grand Valley's Campus. The apartment is xxxx square feet, includes a laundry room, guest bath, full kitchen, 2 bedroom (has a separate key for it), and your own private bathroom. It is also fully furnished and you can even paint you room! My roommate is great. She is a sophomore here at GVSU, serious about school, not a partier, but fun, crafty, very responsible/mature, down to earth, and spontaneous! Our rent is $539/month (includes water) plus utilities (gas/electric) but they are definitely affordable! We also have an awesome view of the bus stop which saves a lot of stress and time spent standing outside in the cold. We are upstairs from the gym as well as the office which is super convenient for tanning and working out! (GTL haha)
